Shawn asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner, so I requested The Keg. I totally had steak last night, but beef is just so freakin' delicious, I couldn't help myself. I ordered the prime rib with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and it was just... instant tastebud orgasm. And because it's my birthday, they gave me a free slice of Billy Miner pie (mocha ice cream on a chocolate crust with hot fudge, caramel and almonds), and if I weren't so damn full, I would've eaten the whole thing because it's probably the best cake I've ever had. Alas, even sharing with Shawn, we couldn't finish it, which is just a damn shame, if you ask me. But, yeah. I've had a really good birthday.
