Spent the rest of the morning exploring Harbour City and walked through Ocean Terminal that overlooks Victoria Harbour and across to Hong Kong Island:

There was a pretty crazy blizzard today. We've gotten over 30cm of snow, schools and government services are shut down, highways are closed, and people have been stuck in traffic for hours. But at least the sunset was pretty.

While exploring the Financial District, we decided to walk through Brookfield Place and stopped by the North Cove Marina to take a photo of Jersey City across the Hudson River before it became too dark to see.
