Shawn and Vito came to visit me after work this evening, so we went over to St. Louis for a late dinner. For once, I wasn't in the mood for wings (gasp!), so I opted for the Ancho Chipotle Club Wrap, which includes grilled chicken breast, jalapeno bacon, sauteed onions, Monterey Jack cheese, a spring mix lettuce blend, tomatoes, and ancho chipotle mayo, all wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. Now, I'm always one of those people that order what the restaurant is known for (e.g. steak from a steakhouse), so I had my doubts about this wrap, since St. Louis is known for wings and ribs. But, I digress, because the wrap? Was surprisingly tasty. So I've decided that I'm going to try out some of the other non-wing, non-rib items on the menu (perhaps the fish tacos or the BBQ pulled pork sandwich). I'm ready to be pleasantly surprised.
