I went over to Katherine's yesterday and got hungry, so she made me some German-version of Sidekicks called Käse-Spätzle. Her boyfriend is from Germany and had just come back from there for the holidays and brought some back with him. It's very similar to Kraft Dinner... but better. I know, I can't believe I'm saying it, either. There's something about the type of noodle - the taste and texture is in between ramen and pasta. And the cheese is... less orange. It did help that Katherine added a mound of cheddar to it as well... But, yeah, I'm a fan of these German Sidekicks.
