Had to get my car serviced and didn't want to spend an hour doing nothing in the waiting room so I called my mom to take me out for lunch. (The perk about having a mom who's retired is that she's pretty much free all the time to go eat with you.) We decided to go to Big Beef Bowl for hand-pulled noodles with beef brisket and pan-fried pork soup dumplings, and it was pretty much the best decision, ever.
