Circuits of Fever

Had a particularly trying day today which resulted in me being at work for ten hours. On a Sunday, no less. So my mom took me out for dinner at Matsuya. My pick: seafood dolsot bibimbap. As it turns out, comfort food for me is always Asian.

      Bibimbap just tastes that much better in a hot stone pot. Love the crispy rice at the bottom. :)

      I love how, unlike just about any other dish, your food gets warmer as you eat it, not cooler. :)
