Circuits of Fever

Finally went to try Northwestern Chinese Cuisine for dinner. They're known for their immense variety of noodles and after much perusing, I decided on the beef brisket potato noodle soup because I had never heard of potato noodles. And I gotta say, it's inspired. It has the firmer chew of udon and the slippery softness of glass noodles and is just downright delightful. Will definitely come back for more noodle soup goodness. I don't even care if it's 30°C outside. Because it's never too hot for noodles.
