I don't even care that it's been more akin to summer than fall for the last couple of days — noodle soup season has begun! Went to Dagu 'cause they have unlimited noodle refills and their broth is tasty AF (it makes you really thirsty afterwards so you have to drink like, three litres of water, but it's so worth it), and that's all you really need to become my favourite Chinese noodle house.
