The Toronto BT21 pop-up store officially opened up today at Scarborough Town Centre, and even though I knew that they were starting the line-up at 6:00 AM and I knew that there were thousands of people lining up all day from the ass crack of dawn, I thought I'd take my chances and head there after work to see if I could get something today. I got to the mall at 7:30 PM, and by the time I approached the line-up, there was already a security guard there turning people away because the mall would be closing by the time they got through the people still in line. Yeah, so not only could I not buy anything, I couldn't even get in line. So, I'm gonna try on Wednesday morning. (I'm off on Sunday, but I'm not taking a chance this weekend. It would just be a waste of time given how many people go to the mall on Sundays.) Rumour has it that they will be re-stocking after the weekend, anyway. Cross fingers.
