Circuits of Fever

Gloomy, rainy days always makes me want noodle soup, so I went for pho because I haven't had it in ages. The broth is pretty high in sodium and beef is fairly high in cholesterol so it's not the healthiest option... but the noodles are low glycemic, so it evens out, right?
