Ronsee, Chelsea, and I murked this massive plank of nigiri, sashimi, and maki at Mi-Ne Sushi for dinner tonight. Took over 30 minutes to get to our table, but I gotta say, preparation, freshness, flavours, portions, and presentation were all on point. I'm never disappointed here. (And yes, I'm still aware of my health. So I ate more sashimi and left out more of the rice. And I used less soy sauce. And I only drank water and green tea!)
