Spring technically started two days ago, but winter came back with a vengeance today with negative temperatures and crazy winds, and thus, I wanted something piping hot and comforting for dinner. So Chelsea and I went to our go-to Korean place for dinner. My choice tonight was ttukbaegi bulgogi, or marinated sliced beef stew with vegetables, clear noodles, and rice cakes (you can also get rice or noodles, but I always prefer rice cakes). It's the perfect meaty Korean stew for when you're too lazy to eat gamja-tang.
