




First dim sum lunch of the year! We had to start with a massive plate of choy sum first, 'cause you know, I have to be healthy (it is not pictured because it was not exciting), but we got all our staples and even though I had to take off some of the rice-based parts (dumpling wrappers, rice noodle rolls, etc are all high on the glycemic index) and leave the soy sauce (high sodium), IT WAS SO FUCKING GOOD and I can't believe it's been over half a year since I've been. UGH, I LOVE DIM DUM SO MUCH.
