Found the most delightful summer dessert tonight at Demetres: The "Key Lime Bling" with key lime sorbetto (made with fresh limes, graham cracker crumble, pieces of vanilla meringue, and splashes of almond and coconut milks), fresh strawberries, strawberry coulis, and key lime custard on a waffle. Sweet, tart, not too rich, and not too cloying. Perfect for warm summer days. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
