Circuits of Fever

Had the original pork tenderloin tonkatsu for dinner with Ying at the aptly named Mr. Tonkatsu. Light, crispy, perfectly golden batter around a delectably flavourful, juicy pork cutlet. Living up to their name. 10/10, would come again.
