Friday Five: Under lock and key

This week's Friday Five:
  1. What's your mask situation like? My pharmacist was nice enough to order me a box of masks a few weeks ago so I still have quite a lot left. I don't wear them unless I leave my house, which is like, twice a week.

  2. In what way is your life better today than a few months ago? Since starting to work from home, I've saved a lot of time and money because I don't have to get ready in the morning or drive to work. I also get way more sleep than I used to.

  3. What do you miss from normal living? Going out to eat at a restaurant. And everything being postponed or cancelled. There's honestly not much to look forward to anymore.

  4. When this is over, what will be your major takeaway? Quite frankly, nothing I didn't already know: Humanity is fucked.

  5. What are your feelings about getting back out there sooner, rather than later? We are never getting over COVID.

    Yep. I get up at 8:57 to get to work at 9:00 now. Yeah, I miss eating out, and I miss just sitting in a cafe. Sigh.

      LOL, I still leave myself a couple hours to brush my teeth, wash my face, make coffee, check social media, etc. But I don't feel rushed, which is the best part. Plus, I start work at 4:00PM, lol.

      Getting takeout and delivery just isn't the same. :(
