Bento box (part 2): Chicken teriyaki, rice, and japchae

Got woken up yet again after four hours of sleep from the intense sound of construction all around — the next door unit, the outside hallway (they're levelling the floors to install carpet), the street my unit is facing. The perils of moving into a brand new building. The cons of this are that I am perpetually tired and thus too lazy to do much else. Like cook. (Do you like my segue here?) Which is why I got a bento box from Gal's Sushi for dinner. It came with so much food that it had to be separated into two takeout trays. I was too full after the sushi to even get to the chicken teriyaki. On the bright side, I now have lunch for tomorrow.
