Tonight's dinner: Gnocchi with mushrooms and spinach in parmesan cream sauce. 😋 I don't know why I haven't bought gnocchi to make at home before. They're DELICIOUS PILLOWY DELIGHTS and actually really easy to cook. (Obviously, pre-made gnocchi, I ain't making them myself.) Can't wait to try different gnocchi recipes. Think I'll try pan-frying them next.
