Changing it up because I've basically been eating pasta everyday, so tonight's dinner: Chicken drumsticks with potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms in Japanese curry over rice. Not exactly photogenic, but IT WAS DELICIOUS. (Yes, there is rice under all of that. Also, double carbing is the way to go.)
