Craving Korean food for dinner, Ying and I decided to check out Jin Korean Noodles, which currently has one of the top rankings for Best Korean Restaurant in the Markham/Richmond Hill area.

Seafood pajeon
We decided to get the bossam because I was really in the mood for pork-stuffed lettuce-wrapped delights (it's a very specific mood) and, of course, the seafood pajeon, which is one of our favourites at Korean restaurants. I gotta say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, portion size, and authenticity of these dishes. The bossam was super tender and flavourful, the lettuce leaves were huge and super-fresh, and the pajeon was absolutely packed with seafood — maybe the most I've ever seen in a pajeon. Will be back ASAP. I need to try their noodles next.
