I don't normally like sweet breakfast foods but I wanted to use up my bananas before they got too ripe, so I decided to make blueberry banana pancakes for Sunday brunch. (This is until I get myself a waffle maker. And then I'm switching right over to the superior breakfast dessert food.) With a lot of butter. Because there's no such thing as too much butter.
