Chocolate chip waffles
I got my second vaccination yesterday and I am FEELING IT today (my entire body feels like it's bruised beyond belief and I had the most insane chills last night, like I had to put on a sweatshirt and fuzzy socks and I still couldn't get warm), so I am just not in the mood to cook a real meal. Thus, I thought it was the perfect time to try out my new waffle maker. I was randomly craving chocolate (this happens on occasion), so I decided to make chocolate chip waffles. And they were DELIGHTFUL. (Waffle maker gets an A+ for functionality, but a C- for cleaning because I had to bust out fucking Q-Tips to get all the melted chocolate chips out of the crevices.) Only problem is the recipe I used makes enough waffles for like, 4 people. So I guess I'll be eating chocolate chip pancakes for dinner, too. And tomorrow's dinner. So I probably won't make them again for like, months. But still, it was TOTALLY WORTH IT TODAY.

(Also, I put a nice little pat on butter on top of my waffles in honour of "Butter" being No. 1 on the Hot 100 for 7 weeks in a row. Yeah, I make everything about BTS.)
