After the most hellish week of my life (I am not even exaggerating), I thought I deserved some Korean BBQ. So Ying and I, along with her husband and son, headed over to Sariwon for a FEAST. Marinated galbi, sirloin steak, pork belly, steamed egg, soybean paste stew, lettuce for ssam, and all the banchan you could possibly want. IT WAS GLORIOUS. Dear god, I have missed Korean BBQ perhaps more than any other meal, if only because it's something I can only enjoy at a restaurant and it's been TWO YEARS since I last had it. I swear I will never take dining out for granted again.
