So on Monday, I had bought some cookies at Butter Baker along with my soft serve, and I totally forgot about them until today. Now, I'm not really a cookie person but I'm PMS-ing and they looked SO GOOD, so I was like, "Okay, I'll take one of each." Anyway, I just ate two of them and they have that perfect cookie texture that I'm looking for: crisp on the outside and chewy (but not mushy or raw) on the inside. I don't know how many calories are in them or how fattening they are, but they are FREAKING DELICIOUS, so I may just become a cookie person after all.
