What to do with the massive tray of leftovers from a lobster mountain? MAKE LOBSTER GRILLED CHEESE! French bread, old cheddar, and massive lobster chunks. It was so fucking good, it might just be the best thing I've ever made. Last meal of the year and I MADE IT COUNT.
