Tonight's dinner kit from Hello Fresh: Retro burgers with caramelized onions and roasted sweet potatoes. It's a beef burger made with panko, garlic, and whole grain mustard and then topped with cheddar and caramelized onions. The patty was juicy and packed with flavour, and the onions added a really nice sweetness to the beef. I have no idea what makes it retro, but it was excellent. I'd definitely make this again.
