
The AC has now been activated in my building so I can cook again without getting heatstroke. So tonight's dinner from Hello Fresh: Cheesy creamy prosciutto penne with roasted cauliflower. Quick, easy, and totally delicious. Although, compared to the creamy butternut-sage penne I made last month, I gotta say I prefer the sage flavour. Perhaps I can combine the two recipes next time and create the ultimate prosciutto penne...
