Run BTS! 2022: Special Episode — Fly BTS Fly, Part 1

[Instructor does a flip in his hammock]

Namjoon: "Wow, my head would have cracked just now."

[BTS all eyeing the instructor's ultra-muscular body]

Yoongi: "But did you make that body with flying yoga?"

Instructor: "Um..."

Jin: "He probably works out, right?"

Namjoon: "What if he pumps a lot of weights at home?"

Instructor: "Flying yoga works out the entire body, so..."

Namjoon: "So those are muscles that were made in action."

[Jungkook swinging faster and faster on his hammock on his stomach]

Jungkook: "Wheeeeee!"

BTS: [dying of laughter]

Jimin, to the instructor: "I apologize."

Instructor: "Oh, it's fine."

Yoongi: "Hey! Be sincere about this! Be sincere!"

[Starting the warm-up]

Hobi: "Wooow, I can't do this right now!"

Tae: "Oh... I don't think I can do this...?"

Namjoon: "I think I'm going to die. It's already hard!"

Instructor: "And from there, we're going to pull our toes in and push our heels out."

BTS, except Jimin: "Aaaaahhhhhhhh!"

Instructor: "Now, we're going to point the toes and stretch out the top of our feet."

Hobi: "Oh god, I think my legs are going to cramp."

Instructor: "Without your back collapsing, pull in your toes again and then point them out again."

Jimin: [totally at peace]

Yoongi: "Aside from Jimin right now..."

Jungkook: "Oh, Jimin would be good at this."

Hobi: "Right, none of us can do this except for Jimin."

[Starting the first exercise]

Hobi: "No wonder they told us not to eat. I feel like vomiting. I drank coffee and it's about to come up!"

[Instructor teaches them a position that requires a 180-degree leg split]

Namjoon: [gasps]

Jungkook: "Uh, wait a minute!"

Yoongi: "We can't even do that on the ground!"

BTS doing flying yoga (or, you know, attempting to) is something I never knew I needed.
