Went for a late lunch with my friend Carmen and inadvertently found my new fave pho place, where they actually give you a choice between fresh noodles and dried noodles, and the soup doesn't make you want to drink three litres of water afterwards. (I do also really love the food at Nam 2, but the line-ups are so long and the service is so abrupt that it's not worth it unless it's during off hours.)
