Went to the newly-opened Pig and Chick to, you know, eat some pig and chick:

Yes, Pig and Chick is a Korean restaurant serving up jokbal and fried chicken. Despite the slow service, the food was excellent — especially the jokbal (braised pig's trotters), which was soft, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It's about time a Korean restaurant opened up on Main Street Unionville.
