Oh, yes, it's another seafood feast tonight, this time Chinese-style at Yu Seafood:

Assorted sashimi platter: Amberjack, otoro, shrimp, salmon, chutoro, and surf clam

Stir-fried lobster with garlic and noodle fish

Steamed king crab legs with egg white, duck yolk, and truffle

Stir-fried king crab with Maggie sauce

Snow pea leaves braised in premium fish broth

Circuits of Fever
Steamed sea bass with wood ear mushrooms

Man, it's times like these that I feel really bad for people who can't eat seafood.
