Yep, my Butter London obsession is still going strong. The latest shade to grace my nails is Artful Dodger, which is a medium teal blue in a cream finish. I do find that this shade looks brighter in the sunlight and slightly murkier in indoor lighting, but either way, I am absolutely in love with this shade, as I'm a girl who likes her bright blue nail polishes. I don't have an exact dupe for this shade, but as far as I've tried, it's most similar to Sephora by OPI's Slushied (which is slightly darker). MAC's Ocean Dip is much more green, though if you like these bright teal/blue/turquoise shades, you'll love Artful Dodger. The formula for this shade is in line with the other cream Butter London polishes: even flow, smooth application, great pigmentation, opaque in one coat, and quick drying time. Basically, it's awesome and a perfect option for summer.

Okay, I can see where your love of Butter London polishes comes from now. The application is so great! I love how smooth and streak-free my manicure is! But damn, they are pricey!
ReplyDeleteYeah, they are pretty expensive... But I buy a lot of Chanel polishes, and they're $26 a pop now, so $17 isn't looking so bad. :P I bought like, 8 bottles in one go from Butter London's website, lol. I think I may put in another order soon, maybe once I see what their fall colours look like. :P
